Road-trip Caramel Popcorn – 2 Quarts

We make this popcorn every Christmas. If you’ve taught one of my kids or worked with me, you’ve likely had a taste.

It is buttery, caramelly, salty, sweet, crunchy, and just a little bit peanut-y. Be forewarned, a little bite will turn into a handful…and then a whole bag 🙂

I call this “Roadtrip” because it is perfect for travel during the holidays (or anytime, really).

Hint, Hint…there’s room at the top of the bag to punch a hole and add a gift tag. I can add a bow by request.
