In our house, it’s not Christmas until we’ve had gingerbread cookies. I’m sharing my family’s favorite version with you. Sweet and spicy, soft with a hint of crunch around the edges. I eat these for breakfast more often than I would care to admit.

These are perfect as-is, or ideal to decorate if you wish.

5-inch Gingerbread Men. Sold in batches of 6 cookies. May be individually wrapped upon request. These freeze well for travel, etc.
