Cast Iron Magnolia…Kitchen

Hi everyone!

If you have read much of this blog in the past, you know that I love to cook and bake, so I’ve decided to try a little something new and make a business of my baking.

I’ll still use this site to blog recipes and thoughts and projects, but now you’ll also see a “Cast Iron Magnolia Kitchen” page that lists the products I’m currently baking. You can place an order directly in the website and I’ll contact you to determine when and where to meet up with the goods…OR, you can just shoot an email to castironmagnolia@gmail.com with an order, question, or special request.

For now, I’ll only fulfill local orders (Madison, Hinds, Rankin, and Simpson counties in Mississippi), but if there is demand for outside the area, I’m sure we can figure something out 🙂

In time, and if there is demand, I would love to add products outside of the baked goods and snacks world (main dishes and casseroles, salads, dips, etc). To do this, I’ll need access to a commercial kitchen, so if anyone has suggestions about this, please reach out!

For now, I would love to hand craft biscuits and cakes and brownies and cookies and crackers and all the food things that make you smile for your home or business or party or gift basket.

We are taught time and time again that for everything there is a season and that all things work together for our good. Changes in my life this summer have brought this new adventure into my life, and I’m excited about the possibilities!
